Who exactly are the headliners? The poster was a confusing mess.

Arctic Monkeys, Guns N' Roses, and Elton John.

Tbh I thought this might've been about Rihanna, who was heavily rumored to tour after SB (and do a bunch of festivals), but she got pregnant.

But idk, could be a lot of people I guess, so maybe Taylor made changes in her tour too, which made her pull out of this.

Rolling Stone specifically said Taylor was the planned headliner.

Oh wow! Thanks for clarifying. But she's still touring, so why did she pull out? Did she have to switch the dates around or something?

She has 2 Eras dates in the US that coincide with Glastonbury, so maybe that got in the way.

Two things that could explain why she would turn it down this year:

- she is coming in Europe next year for The Eras Tour so making Glastonbury when she's already in Europe is easier to transport the stage.

- she wants to do it with a different show than The Eras Tour and so she didn't have the time to design an entire new show while preparing for The Eras Tour.

Isn't she coming to Europe in late August – early September this year? I can recall one of those VIP package sites leaking something about the UK dates, though I may be mistaken.

Rolling stone only speculated in their article. We don't know exactly who the "planned" headliner was.

OT: I think it's rihanna considering how she had touring rumours and the Sun was talking about her headlining Glastonbury and being in talks with the Eavis family

I hadn't seen that, good to know. Guess both theories make sense, as Taylor was supposed to headline pre-COVID.

Eavis said they have two female headliners lined up for next year so highly likely Taylor is coming in 2024.
