Personally i made this thread with Post Malone in my mind, though he got a hit last year (thanks to queen Doja)

Came here to mention Post too. 

 

I know he got a hit last year, but I wouldn't be shocked if it ends up being a fluke. Everything about him screams 2019.

At the moment I would say Katy Perry, Christina Aguilera and Lady Gaga.

 

Katy has been done since 2016 but I’d love for her to invest herself in her next era and try to have a big comeback.

 

Christina has been done for two decades and can’t chart at all.

 

Lady Gaga gets cute peaks thanks to her devoted base but that’s it. Her solo stuff never does good with the general public.

Post Malone went from having the biggest album of 2020 to pulling less than Billie's "flop" sophomore album first week (+ less than half of HB's opening week), so I'd say him

Britney - we saw her recent effort.

 

Beyonce - already fell out of the top 10 Spotify daily list, despite having an album released 6 months ago.

At least Katy’s popularity decreased steadily.  Post was so random how you do go from or now the biggest albums then you flop you haven’t dropped yet a song that would kill your career. He was over before the album release 
 

but Miley bounced back so everything is possible.
