She’s always had some funny lyrics but I wanna say that post Beautiful Trauma those “peculiar” lyrics have been getting worse. Specially on H2BH and Irrelevant   so ig it’s just lighthearted fun

I mean, it's a hook, they often don't work on paper. That would be like criticising "I'm comin' up so you better" x100 or "na na na na nana"

But that line actually makes sense (not to mention during the IND tour performance when she sings that, and she's literally "coming up", ooh goosebumps!). "I'm in your waterfall" always makes me think that she's being drowned in a vertical sheet of water ... unless waterfall is a metaphor or something.

It's clearly about his behaviour overwhelming her and brining her down to her knees like a wall of water would. It's clearly a metaphor. Y'all find issues with anything

It's a very obvious and straightforward metaphor, c'mon!! (paddle, flow, keeping me afloat, waterfall, rapid's strong)

 

Waterfall is cute, imo. The production is nice & I like P!nk's verse, it's a different melody for her.
