It was in the context of if there are any different/new genres of music she wants to try with her new music in the future. She’s basically admitting she is never gonna branch too far away from piano ballads with her music and that the piano type of music is in the “middle of the road” which can cover “multiple lanes” on the road. Because of this there is no need to branch out.
