Is Itzy over?

Featured Replies

Their latest Japanese release has barely surpassed 1.4 million views in the first 24 hours, on YouTube. Is it over for the once so-called "4th gen queens" now that newer GGs are taking over, such as NewJeans and Ive?

japanese releases always have draaaaaastically less views

for example, (imo) one of their best songs overall

only has 17m in 5 months

so.. no.

This is literally a Japanese comeback :rip: most fans don't care about them

Sneakers, their actual korean comeback, on the other hand, though had mixed reception, it still spent a long time in Melon Top 10 and has great album sales

To sum up, no, they're far from over, keep dreaming

I guess i'm gonna have to become Ryujin's sugar mommy and provide for her. Poor flop girl soon to be a nugu.   Maybe i'll help Yejin too. :fan: :oh:   Lia will take care of Yuna and Chaer. :keir:

Their last mini-album sold 1M pure copies and had a top 5 hit.

Japanese videos always have very low views - YouTube is not big in Japan.

globally they are

it's interesting seeing these new girl group lose their popularity so quick, none of them have the staying power of bp, twice or snsd

sis this is a Japanese release, their last Korean comeback was succesful

/end thread x2

Japanese releases are always super low key and not at all reflective of korean releases. Just see both Red Velvet's and Twice's that barely made any noise anywhere yet they released the biggest era's of their career this year. :rip:

itzy started with a bang, but unfortunately got replaced by the other gærlies really quick. hoping that JYP hyped the next song will redeem them :jonny5:
