NWTS is the only Drake album that I liked from start to finish, Yeezus isn't even a top 5 Kanye album

ye was playing with sounds that weren’t quite mainstream in hip hop yet(as always). I’ll always appreciate an artist who’s reaching for greatness and evolving himself more than one who’s reaching for the billboard chart. :giraffe:

Overall, Yeezus takes the cake. And the funny thing is NWTS is (to me) Drake’s best album, but Yeezus is Kanye’s 3rd or 4th best (I’d put TLOP, MBDTF, College Dropout and perhaps Late Registration ahead of it).

YEEZUS was a MOMENT! Kanyes best album. Incredibly influential and divisive at its release. Just a crazy good album. Very European. 

 

Nothing Was The Same is definitely one of the better things Drake has created but overall it pales in comparison. 

i like drakes album but everything about yeezus feels right and perfect

You hit the nail right on the head. :clap3:Exactly right. Ye experimented with sounds that weren't heard of at the time, and he ended making a masterpiece. You gotta hand it to an artist who is willing to take risks and change his sound, then just tryna to top the charts. :michael:
