Because she's an original member, unlike Heidi. Because she has a friendship and good working relationship with Mutya and Keisha, unlike Heidi. Because she never stabbed Keisha in the back, unlike Heidi.

And clearly Keisha and Siobhan were able to move past that to be able to work together again and become great friends, like grown adults should be able to. Keisha and Heidi may have put their differences aside so that there's no bad blood but Keisha repeatedly says that she won't ever work with Heidi again. Which I think says it all.

exactly, the keyword here is that Siobhan is friends with Keisha and Mutya again. the Katy Perry vocals girl not so much

You implied Siobhan never stabbed Keisha in the back, calling her a bully clearly is stabbing in the back.
