With all the controversy surrounding this film because of a two seconds kiss between two women, will its underperformance keep producers away from including LGBT content in animated movies?

Yes because nobody asked for this and now gays will be blamed for an uninteresting animated movie with faceless title, they could've at least used Toy Story branding

Doubtful. 
 

Disney will continue to use gay characters.

The 2 second gay kiss is not the reason why it's underperforming be real :deadbanana2:

the movie flopping has nothing to do with the kiss
