Tbh I'm not sure what makes an artist qualify as a Madonna... I would think it's a mix of debuting in the 80s, being a visionary both visually and aesthetically, a sex symbol unafraid of controversy and eager to stand up for marginalized communities. I think she falls kinda flat in the edge department.

I'm not sure if all the Madoonas in the first part reached those marks to be quite honest

In my country there is a separate Madonna for each of these things but not all of them together
