so my 12 year old house might be pushed back because of a tad rusty pipe and slight appartley mold in the corner of the shower and I checked its clearly dirt becaus mold smells and this house has never smelled like mold!  They only supposed to check for bugs which is clean! the lights, showers EVERYTHING works! they can not push us back over a pipe! which ive also checked! is under plastic so he could legit make this **** up 

 

these investers are trying to **** us over and its rude! they could get renters in and afford to fix these themselves.!   like if they actually! I dunno how they live with themselves! which means I won't be able to afford that house and I actually will be homeless because this invester guy is actually a ******* *******.
