I was just thinking the same thing. Been struggling to get my work done on time and I also started a book nearly 2 weeks ago and I'm only on page 150. My attention span is fried atm. Need a social media detox badly.

Another argument over what a jrpg is (spurred by a certain game), someone brought up j-pop to say that it should strictly be about the country of origin, and you know what? There are people out there who use j-pop to mean a very specific thing, this cutesy type of music reminiscent of KPP and tommy february6. It tends to be said about artists of Japanese origin, but I wouldn't be surprised if a white artist would call what they make j-pop if it sounds like that. Is it reductive? Probably. I don't really like its usage in such a way, but it must mean something to people, must convey enough information for them to decide if this album is worth listening to. 

 

Anyway, instead of telling me that this game is a jrpg or this artist is j-pop, tell me what or who exactly inspired them. A more useful bit of information for me.

This will be the week I probably start complaining about how hot it is. 

I feel like the CRA has like 5 people working - cause anytime I try calling they always "too busy to answer". Like if you want us to pay our taxes maybe actually have people available to help us.

As mentioned, ps2 version on the ps5. So this has apparently been possible to encounter since back in 2004.
