I could stand to start doing cardio again. I've been too focused on weight-lifting to the point where being on the elliptical last night for the first time in well over a year just kicked my ass.

I have to do more cardio too but I don’t have time cause I’m constantly lifting weights or preping food

I have the time, I just haven't done so because I've just been wanting to build muscle—which has been going really well. But I figured I'd just do some cardio last night, because it had been awhile since I had done so, and I was surprised by how much I struggled. I used to do miles on it like it was nothing. Didn't even come close. So, I'm just going to focus on building my stamina back up with light weightlifting mixed in.
