Badgalbriel Posted October 6 Posted October 6 Yeah, I've seen no hate towards Gaga at all outside of this forum. 5

All this leading into LG7… ugh I knew if Gaga applied herself to do crazy things and abandon eras, she'd eat

Aston Martin Posted October 6 Posted October 6 (edited) So I was browsing the "Best Selling Songs of the 2020s Globally" page on TOTC's website just to see what songs were the biggest and when I could expect DWAS to end up on there. It hasn't been updated in over a month, but I did think it would be cool for Gaga to eventually end up on that list...just to realize that she already is. Shallow is #23 and it's probably going to pass Bad Guy by Billie soon (#22) as they're only 33 million Spotify streams apart and Shallow consistently pulls 1-1.2 million per day whereas Bad Guy pulls 550k-800k per day. So now I'm hyped up for Gaga to be on the decade list twice. In the third decade of her career Other artists with two or more entries include: Spoiler The Weeknd, Dua Lipa, Justin Bieber, Olivia Rodrigo, BTS, Ed Sheeran, Harry Styles, Post Malone, Lewis Capaldi, and Billie Eilish The only other artist on this list whose mainstream career is around the same age as Gaga's is Justin Bieber. That kind of longevity is difficult to get, not everyone has that! edit: The link if anyone else wants to look at it https://talkofthecharts.org/global-sales-2020s Edited October 6 by Aston Martin 1 1

Denim Posted October 6 Posted October 6 DWAS LOSING streams on JFAD opening weekend is sending me this chart run is so hilariously unpredictable. Whenever we think it has peaked, it peaks even higher, whenever we think it's about to go up, it takes a small fall. Anyways, it's still breaking records and getting extremely high streams so not bad whatsoever just kinda funny

I have seen a few comments trashing the movie and mentioning that they also don't like Gaga, but no one has said "This movie flopped because of Gaga". I have seen far more comments praising and defending her and saying her potential was wasted on this movie. 1
