I posted something months ago saying Gaga should speak out and @sunbathinganimal liked the post. Not everything is about a Stan war.

That's not what I'm saying. I'm pointing out that it looks DISHONEST that some of you (for example, people who never post) are talking about this the day Katy Perry posted an IG story and not before. Ironically, it looks like some are demanding that because they want to use activism for stan wars points. It's gross.

Again, she should be talking about it, but come on...

It'll be really interesting to see how you'd react if she came up with something like this :rip:

Y'all bubch of performative activists are so funny. I have probably done more activism than you'll ever do in your entire shît lives. :lmao: Have you been to developing countries such as Madagascar or Mauritius to help animals, people and children in need?

No, the best you probably did is what you're doing on ATRL right now, sweating your useless fingers calling out celebrities and calling people you don't know gross. It's what you do best, live vicariously from the the achievements and actions of bigger and better people. Shut the fůck up.

It's okay for you to not care if she speaks up or not. But to be advocating for her to stay silent because it may damage her rep and thus impact the success of her upcoming single? That's highkey embarrassing :toofunny3:

Beyoncé went to the la premiere and did a bigger London premiere for the Renaissance film .

Waiting to see if people who got into the U.K. also have to fill in a Q&A for Gaga

I do agree with some of the posts here. Bringing awareness to Gaza situation is important and I can see some celebs jumped on that AI photo because its "trendy" which is embarassing, should have been done MONTHS ago.

I say the same for Taylor Swift. Her donation post would gather millions of donations and its important to speak up on this. And who cares if supporting Gaza would make you lose some "sponsors" or deals. This is the right thing to do. Sometimes real life and society issues are bigger than losing a few streams or brand deals for your career

Yeah that's the most f***ed up argument I've seen from the silence-defenders these last hours. A lot of us moonsters from the early days literally started stanning this woman because she was fearlessly supporting the LGBT community, whatever the consequences would be, when she was at some popularity heights today's girlies could only dream of

Also this woman was Bidens pop star bestie which isnt a good look. Its not about getting social media and twitter points and likes. Of course a  post by a celebrity isnt gonna influence the "world leaders" to stop this genocide but if it can change the mind of like 20 people and make them donate some money it IS important. Palestinian people are being silenced and killed and its our job to make them seen. This is a society we live in and we have to take action and responsibility.

Richy posted stories from the Chromatica Ball rehearsals. Here's something to talk about. Lol

Imagine if US monsters cared enough to actually get out and vote instead of whine about Instagram posts that could have been made by singer/actress Lady GaGa about world affairs. We wouldn't be forced to pick between 2 warmongering Zionist geriatric senile maniacs with racist track records. :duca:

And guess what? She's besties with said Zionist geriatric senile maniac! You still wonder why people are asking her to speak up? (other than the fact that she has a huge platform and has made advocacy her brand). Can't wait to see how yall spin it when she puts her Hillary Clinton drag on and starts singing Come To Mama and Angel Down at the Blue MAGA conventions.

Genuinely convinced more than half of this fanbase derives more emjoyment from looking for things to complain about than from her tremendous talent :clack:

And putting pressure on her to speak up is going to accomplish what end exactly? If she wanted to she already would have. It's not like one of the wealthiest and most connected entertainers in the world lives under a rock and has no idea about what's going on. She either does not care at all or cares but not more than she cares about money and power.

If you want to affect change, there are better ways than harassing the Poker Face singer. If you want the Poker Face singer to hold values that she clearly does not, you're wasting your energy. It's performative at best and weird and loserish at worst.
