It's still an uknown song for the GP until it gets promo (movie + TTH placement), things are gonna look way better in two weeks, just wait and see

I mean, why there’s always has to be someone to blame? I’m not blaming her or her fans. I’m just stating a fact. It was bad for her streaming numbers, not a good idea but it is what it is.

Babe, I’m talking about L4S, not about HMH which is not doing as bad as I thought it would tbh. I’m sure the song will take off once the movie gets released.

So far people didn’t connect with L4S and HMH, Chromatica earned her a #1 album, a #1 single and critic praise, then it was abandoned by her and her team for whatever reasons. I’m kinda disappointed with how you’re saying things. Why the need to be this passive aggresive? I’m not a dark bops stan, I just don’t like jazz music as most of her fans as evident by the numbers this genre is giving her.

Right. Like blaming L4S for her streams going down over the past 1.5 years when it was actually due to Chromatica's streams tumbling gradually from 2.5-3m daily to 900k

The rest of her discography has been stable or increasing.

She was Top 10 most streamed women for almost two years and she had 42M monthly listeners, then H4S was released and plummeted on both of them

that I get but blaming the jazz is nonsensical, that you didn't like it is oen thing but blaming her "failing" when it never was a streaming album at all

it did fine in 2020s from a pure sales point of view with 150k in the US and like 200k WW

for HMH, clearly people who heard it liked it, they are yet to be fully aware of it: it's a OST from a movie that's not out, we can call it a flop when the movie is out and playlisting is there but the song doesn't take off, it's also funny to me  how only the pop stans want to ruin the fun for the other fans

yeah, TF/TFM and BTW stabilized, ASIB decreased but still pulling numbers for a 1 single thing while Joanne/ARTPOP are still a shame of recurrents

Chromatica clearly didn't connect when it's now getting less than 1 Million streams daily when let's say less successful albums like Plastic Hearts still do 1.7-1.8M daily

Lol she got the message? She could care less what her fans want. Which is perfectly fine, she doesn’t need to go out of her way to appease aging gay men on the internet. 
Gaga will be doing jazz performances for the rest of her career. I’m sure she will do another jazz album sometime in the future. Maybe solo or maybe with a different duet partner like Michael Buble

@chosensparklesdo you really think that by repeating the myth that Chromatica didn’t connect will make it true? HMH didn’t connect. L4S didn’t connect. It’s incorrect that everyone who heard HMH liked it, look at  its numbers. I mean we can go back and forth with it forever. L4S damaged her streaming. End of story.

And that’s amazing. And I agree. She should and will do whatever she wants. I, even as a stan, have no say in this. I can either take it or leave. I am always rooting for her, jazz or not.
