Not sure if this has been posted but Roar has been certified 20x platinum in Australia. It is also the highest certified female single in the country.

The TRL Moralists are being nasty? How is that possible? The best advice I can give you for those music forums that are obsessed with bullying people, because that's the only thing that gives them happiness; ignore them, literally. Click that magic button and they will disappear. When I enter some of Katy's threads, I see only ignored people.  It's a sad way to live your life. But they just try to save themselves from their complexes, instead of going to a psychologist. They only think about the next negative thing to do. I see them as mental cripples, a broken train full with twisted and sad souls. They only deceive themselves. Sadly, if they want to get better, they have to react, but that's too much for them. It is easier to spew negativism and wear the badge of moralist. A person who is mentally healthy won't get happiness from seeing other people's misery.

I'm sad there doesn't seem to be that many Katy fans on the forum. Therefore the hate is def more prevalent than for other pop girls

Cats, what's funny in the end of the day is how the moral police was breaking their legs to come and post how bad the song is, even though they said they won't listen/stream it.
