Movie is one of the best songs on GN and should have been given proper single treatment.

They gave up too quickly on GN. And they didn't push those songs like the should've had. I just got into Body. LMAO. Just now. This week. That one and that song with Thug. But also, they chose the wrong singles. I hope she learned her lesson.

I just don't think GN is a good album, it seemed rushed and thrown together. Another than Shots Fired, Movie, What's New and Savage, I don't use the album.

I love Meg but Good News was disappointing for a debut album there’s a handful of good songs but it seems as if the label was pushing her in a direction that just fell flat & all of her mixtapes remain superior  

 

OT: Invasion of Privacy will be back next week due to the Hot Ish boost 

the only female rap album that could even come close to iop weeks on chart is planet her or hot pink. def not good news

We all agree. GN is trash. SFTH is way better and half of that is freestyles. LMAO And I didn't even like the Beyonce-less Savage.

 

I'm hoping Cardi is following HS up with an album this time. Another standalone single to put on the album 6mos+ later is going to have her looking extra stupid. 

Love her, but I think Meg just lacks the charisma that Cardi has — which is why Cardi was able to body her features like Motorsport and her whole debut album head to toe. 

I wonder if it matters to compare all these female rappers when the reality is Cardi already WON. Let's say she flops in the Cb2 era...she already did what was hard for others to achieve.

 

Break up the monopoly and bring it back to the golden era. Various female rappers with various female perspectives. I know stans want a vs and one career to end but no career needs to stop...we just need to have an era of choice and diversity.

 

I'm excited for these new girls coming up making their mark. Cardi has the luxury of having impact and influence of breaking down the door and paving the way for the girls that follow

 

It's not just the fashion game but in general (#1s, branding opportunities, visuals upgraded, touring receipts will be higher than ever for all the girls etc.).

 

Cardi B will continue to build her empire...just give us the CB2 era. We know you want to break from music and get into acting and further into fashion and that's fine.

 

Cb2 needs to prove what it needs to prove and it's up and it's stuck from there.

This is exactly why the droplets should’ve been added to IOP they would’ve kept the good sis alive on the BB200 until CB2.
