I mean... Although IOP is iconic, the album cover itself is... a choice. Especially compared to every single artwork cover we've received from her since. I just know the CB2 album cover is going to eat

Well tbh, it's a serve in it's own way. I mean, it is iconic now because of how big the album became and is now easily recognizable (like that guy who was dressed as her album cover sitting in the background of her interview last week was a kii), but on release, it was just too damn busy and overwhelming. 

 

I would argue 'Like What' was her only miss as a cover since then, and for the same reason. Other than that, she's basically hit the nail on the mark every single time - serving with simplicity. I'm sooo curious as to what the cover (and title) will be of CB2. I'd still be down for Defamation of Character tbh lmao - especially considering she's STILL dealing with it (yesterday).

Yea totally the IOP cover is iconic because it harkened back to missy and gave that nostalgic hype Williams rap vibe.

 

im so curious for the art direction of the new project. She's been doing this hyper gloss aesthetic with the colored contact lenses and really showing off her body and the works she's had done. It's gonna be so good
