I just KNEW she was pulling up in a horse I knew it, prerecorded or not. the way Ashley's unemployed ass showed up on the big screen was a JUMP scare, Post Malone being another. I feel like I would have gagged harder at home, I had trouble following where she was but from what I saw from the screen, the camerawork was phenomenal! I don't know why I was expecting concert levels of sound quality but it sounded not as loud as I expected (like duh less speakers). I tried sneaking to the lower sections and was successful UNTIL 30 seconds before the halftime where everyone starting piling up behind me standing. I ran my ass BACK to my level 500s seat, cardio on Christmas Day girl.. I love your Beyoncé Houston Chronicles. Hope there's more from you in the future! 1
KingBeyonce. Posted yesterday at 01:30 AM Posted yesterday at 01:30 AM Her voice sounded so clear and pristine! I was not expecting Blackbird. I'm so happy because it's one of my faves on CC. I wanted to shed a tear when I saw her come in on the horse - so beautiful. And she did My House My only complaint is that I would've cut Levi's and done more of Sweet Honey Buckin or more of Riverdance but that's just my own bias talking The fact that there's still so much for us to see live at some point - Tyrant, II Hands, American Requiem, Bodyguard I'm so excited for tour

Despite Shaboozey having more time, they seemed to scream for Post. The audience was great actually, but they did scream the loudest for Post from what I've heard. Mind you the audience IS filled with straight men. Blue got a loud reaction as well and they were pretty loud for Texas Hold Em, not so much the other songs. 2
Jon Snow Posted yesterday at 01:30 AM Posted yesterday at 01:30 AM This performance kinda felt like the blend of her Super Bowl 2016, Homecoming and Be Alive performances 2
Kristie Kuwa Posted yesterday at 01:32 AM Posted yesterday at 01:32 AM I absolutely LOATHED that intro. WAYYY too sanitized and didn't work at all for me. Also the girlies were way too nervous + there was no chemistry between Bey and the girls. THANKFULLY, she immediately redeemed herself with Ya Ya, which was a showstopper. Highlights: Ya Ya Blue whenever she was shown SHB choreo Texas Finale Lowlights: Intro Shaboozey -> seemed very nervous and didn't own the stage no firework sanitized vocals (I personally was missing the edge and rawness of her voice) Jolene So overall, it was a solid and actually great show by any "normal" standard. By Bey standards, I thought it was solid, but it didn't move and gag me in the way other performances of hers have gagged me. The only moment I felt the gag I know I usually feel when she performs was during the YaYa intro and the Texas finale.
ToraeGilt Posted yesterday at 01:32 AM Posted yesterday at 01:32 AM I'm sorry but announcing the date of the day that you're gonna announce the dates of your tour is stupid. let's be so serious right now. It's more than a tour. 5 2
mariposa Posted yesterday at 01:34 AM Posted yesterday at 01:34 AM I've already watched it like 6 times. Heading to bed now, can't wait to watch it in UHD when I wake. Would be sick if they make it a two part special, with episode one being the halftime and then a second episode with 40 mintues of BTS 3

Imagine saying NO, it couldn't be me. @Kingdom @brutal @Burn @Space&Time @Calypso @Lose My Breath @Lovett @Jon Snow @Slamless @Tripthelight As a wise woman once said…. gotta keep the faith!
Starshine Posted yesterday at 01:40 AM Posted yesterday at 01:40 AM Just now, Kristie Kuwa said: Lowlights: Intro Shaboozey -> seemed very nervous and didn't own the stage no firework The lack of pyrotechnics is really the only thing I was underwhelmed by in person, it seems she only used them to simulate gunshots. I mean in comparison to Gaga's in the same stadium, it was MUCH less. I also didn't catch the pyro in the camerawork, it was way above her during Ya Ya. She always does the unexpected for me, I was expecting an insane state of the art stage only for there to be literally NO stage. But she did use that ENTIRE field as her "stage", kinda never done before me thinks and I don't even count that carriage platform at the end a stage. 1

I like big, SB13 entrance was perfect. Renaissance deserved that halftime slot tonight, but anyways. It was good. 1 2

Draper. Posted yesterday at 01:42 AM Posted yesterday at 01:42 AM It's the visuals. Netflix changed its bio to "LOOK AT THAT HORSE" and the phrase is too on the nose to not be about visuals.
Massive_Teardrop Posted yesterday at 01:44 AM Posted yesterday at 01:44 AM (edited) I'm kinda hoping we are getting a first Act 3 single 14th Jan with tour announcement and album end of Feb Visuals end of year 2025 Edited yesterday at 01:44 AM by Massive_Teardrop

I think we might get a trailer of whatever it is on January 1st, she probably didn't want to eclipse the performance. Again, it doesn't make sense to announce the announcement of a tour. Unless it's different, like a residence. 2
satellites.™ Posted yesterday at 01:55 AM Posted yesterday at 01:55 AM FIrst rewatch after the live and she absolutely DEMOLISHED Texas Hold Em, 10/10 from start to finish. That would've eaten on a traditional promo schedule at award shows. 4 1

I was reading a forum, a straight leaning one and one of them mentioned how they loved how she's really the centerpiece and spectacle of it all, how this was better than most recent overproduced SB halftimes even though they don't listen to her. 1
