Do y'all know why the album "Positions" sold only 8k in pure sales in the second week?

1st week: 42k pure sales (only album)

2nd week: 8k pure sales (only album)

 

Positions had physical copies on October 27th, 2020 and was shipped 1 week after that.

 

I'm very confused about this, because she used to sell a bit well before this album (with Sweetener and TUN she did very well)

 

I just wanna know, sorry if this is annoying to ask or stuff like that.

Iirc she shipped a bunch of CDs on the first week, but on the 2nd week she didn’t, so the 2nd week pure sales were only digital sales, basically only iTunes and Amazon

I hope we get a lengthy interview with her this era, even if it has to be Zach Sang. A lot in her life has changed since Positions, to say the least. She’s such a mystery these days.

I was coming to say the same thing. Zach's interviews aren't that interesting imo
