You don't do that, you let a song that has shown moderate good reception fade gradually, try to make the most out of it. You don't know if your next one it's going to work at all. And the next one was Small Tank... Of course HIH stood no chance after that

Releasing such uninspired and generic singles would've obviously never worked. I knew it since she released 365. 

 

I expected so much more from Katy post Witness, considering:

 

1. Witness had some incredible and unique tracks like Power and Tsunami

2. She bombed, so once you've flopped, you don't have to worry that much about it anymore, since u've already lost your flop virginity. 

She should've released something different, unique, artistic.  She keeps releasing these generic and cheesy songs
