It doesn't make any sense how it surged from nowhere suddenly.

What A Wonderful World was actually featured in 1987s Good Morning Vietnam with (the now late) Robin Williams. Its a Great movie since it predates most of you. World didn't reach the Hot 100 till 1988 peaking at #32. even by then nearly 17 years after Armstrong's July 1971 death. Wikipedia says the song was released in 1967 but his labels president hated the song & refused to promote it in the US.

RIP Naomi Judd. I see the Judds have several songs charting on ITunes right now. Her passing truly saddens me.

Both are classics and they're discounted.

Not me being confused when I first looked at this thread because the first posts on this page are from Fall 2021. 

why are people shading iTunes stats? 

According to OldBloke on UK Mix, Dua Lipa's Levitating ? has crossed 500k pure in downloads, at 504k last week & only the 5th song to do so in the 2020s. The only others are BTS's Butter & Dynamite (1.5-1.9 million each), Blinding Lights (870k+ I think) & Fancy Like 573k last week. 

Kate Bush still has a 2:1 lead over #2 ITunes. Its been a week now nearly. 

BTS flooded ITunes with songs Friday. I wonder how that will impact the H 100 in 2 weeks?
