????? Songs around 500 still sell close to 1k/wk, so songs around 1000 sell around 500/wk. These numbers are for the US, though smaller countries could have much lower totals.

but in one day, when we see jump from 1000 to 500 it's not 1000 sold, but a lot less.

I don’t get what that has to do with me observing a huge fall from #1 on a component.
