Don't think the number is that low. Look at her lead over Strip That Down which has been selling ~9k a day. I don't think the 2nd and 3rd day number are accurate in that article. She didn't drop that much

The numbers are from an article in Variety, and they are a very trust worthy publication (and reputable) and they are using Nielsen Music data.

The thing is the first day sales are still included in her current pop bar numbers just weighted lower. So its really hard to estimate later sales after such a massive first say
