I believe only when the song is below $0.39 first week then the sales of that song cannot contribute to chart. It can also chart based on streaming.

Demi is still top three with Sorry Not Sorry? Wow, I'm shocked. I'm not gonna lie, I thought she would be out of the top 10 after 24 hrs. She's doing great.
