Yeah TSOS will reach 1.5 M downloads before the end of 2017. It's already gone 2XP, which is beyond incredible given Disturbed's genre. And it's still around #10 on Rock DS, and still charting on Rock SS (the video will hit 250 M by the end of July). Nevertheless, T 40 gave TSOS the middle finger, which I in turn gave to the format, after passing over a smash with so much potential.

Uptown Funk will beat Firework to 8 M. UF is at around 7.75 M downloads already. Firework is my favorite song by Perry though, so it deserves to be Diamond and have 7.5 M downloads.
