I‘m planning a Eurovision game which is covering the decade of 2010-2019. I was discussing it in the Eurovision thread in Celebria last year. A whole Subforum for the game would be ideal but if not I‘m okay with it. Threads for each country would be opened. Not all at once but one by one. A Poll (if you can make one here - I don‘t know) would be opened along with the possibility to PM me your scores, Eurovision style (12pts., 10pts., 8pts., etc...). 

 

Let‘s list an example:

 

ITALY

 

2010: - did not participate, therefore the 9 remaining options

2011: Raphael Gualazzi - Madness of Love

2012: Nina Zilli - L‘ammore è femmina (Out of Love)

2013: Marco Mengoni - L‘essenziale

2014: Emma - La mia città

2015: Il Volo - Grande Amore

2016: Francesca Michielin - No Degree of Seperation

2017: Francesco Gabbani - Occidentali‘s Karma

2018: Ermal Meta & Fabrizio Moro - Non mi avert fatto niente

2019: Mahmood - Soldi

 

Poll option (for certain days until closed) and Jury voting = Result

 

Each participant is given the opportunity to pick a country (we have around 50) they send their results from as a jury. There are extra tools for Eurovision to vote for. I think @the a (can‘t quote him because of the symbol) is experienced with that. I need help with all that anyway.

 

When all is said and done for each country we have either 2 Semi Finals (if that makes sense) or one huge Final with each winning participant of each country.

 

We could start right away as a few countries have already picked their contestant for 2019. But I‘d say beginning of March is soon enough. The game needs to happen before the main Eurovision Song Contest because afterwards it would lack interest.

 

Would be fun, right?
