Rih is top played female artist for the 2nd year in a row (with the top played female song for the 2nd year in a row, Work last year LOTB this year)

I spoke with Silvio a year or so ago about including TouchTunes as a Hot 100 metric.  He said that BB was already looking into how to work it in.  But, at least for now, TT is not incorporated into the chart/genre charts.  

 

And, as an aside, I don't know why they use this photo of Rihanna when they talk about her.  She has far prettier pictures than this one with the braids and wearing the odd fitting suit and tie.
