HOENST OPINION: Idk how I feel about the snippets. I was expecting MORE EXPERIMENTATION given how much I liked Hammer. The only songs that are giving me that vibe are GRWM, Clearblue and maybe Shapeshifter. But I'll wait till Friday to judge.

Idk why everyone in here thinks he likes her. He was the biggest OLH up until Girl, so confusing remix last year. He literally gave MELODRAMA a 7 , PANNED SP, and talks negatively about PH—he said it aged very poorly or something along those lines. Given that he didn't like the first 2 singles I'm expecting a 6/10 or a 7/10 when he reviews it. Let's not get brave. Bitchfork is def giving this a 5-6 and bringing it down to sub 80. I have a feeling we'll be getting another Miley situation where some publications will try to be contrarian and pan it.

I really like the approach where the chorus/melodies take a backseat and there is a stronger emphasis on the production. I hope the rest of the album is more in the vein of this song.

I felt quite the opposite personally. MOTY took a while to get to the breakdown and the payoff was very short. It could've used an extra minute to flush things out with the production.
