I work in retail so my instinct was to lean more towards the store's side of the story, but I do think the truth is somewhere in the middle and that a level of miscommunication happened that really soured feelings of the whole interaction. I also want to ask if Kelly ever attempted to reach out to the store's official socials or let her team contact the owner directly so she can communicate her experiences to someone with authority who can then turn the situation into something more positive. I feel like Kelly has enough influence to do that, no? But really this situation being brought to the public doesn't really help anyone because now we're analyzing silent security footage and trying to read body language

Maybe this has been talked about and I'm late (tried searching specific terms in this thread and found nothing) but: for people who are listening to this on Apple Music, Too Easy has ~1.2s of silence at the end so it does not smoothly transition into Melatonin. You can go into the song properties and set the stop time to roughly 1:53.564 then press OK. This just makes Apple Music skip the silence so it has the same transition that you would hear on physical copies + Spotify.

Damn I was looking forward to this song because Billboard has been behind some of my favorite songs this era: Lonely Side of the Bed, Patience Power Passion, Super Sage, Yes

So she releases a double album with 24 songs, technically 26 if you count the Japanese Edition, then 3 weeks later releases 8 more songs as some sort of Side B/Companion project to an already big album... I just got chills.

So, tour announcement tomorrow (Oct 1), but we still don't know what's happening on Oct 9th since Carly isn't featured on Troye's album like many suspected.

Coming forward to repent for saying Burning Heart is the worst song on Day, I guess I just got used to the demo that the more organic instrumentation of the final version threw me off but, whew! I see the vision now!

Yes, the song (and title) is a play on the phrase "creatures of habit". Instead of simply saying humans are creatures of habit, it draws attention to the strange, instinctive behaviors that creatures exhibit. And that matters for the song because it makes human romantic behavior feel animalistic and instinctual. Attraction, repetition, attachment, jealousy, desire, etc. become "habits" that creatures develop and repeat.

I knew the songs had something similar but wow, same BPM and camelot key!

Since it's more or less a been week since release, if I had to pick one Best and "Worst" song on each side it would probably be these songs: DAY Best: Something Tragic Worst: Burning Heart NIGHT Best: Yes Worst: No Labels, I Love You Nonetheless, this album is so vivid and sophisticated both lyrically and instrumental-wise!

I was willing to compromise with mp3 files as long as they were 320kbps, but, the whole standard album is in 192kbps while Yes is randomly 160kbps. That and also having the embedded album cover be at 3000px for each file which is overkill imo

Bought the Yes edition, but why is the song a lossy mp3 file encoded at 160kbps

Just heard the japan bonus track for 'Night' (titled Yes) and it's a lowkey bop! Pretty much dethrones my favorite on the standard (Patience, Power, Passion)

That genuinely shocked me, I figured they'd hate D&N especially after reading their review for The Loveliest Time

I think the "weakest" song on the entire album is Don't Leave Me on The Dance Floor just because it's the most straightforward sounding one, otherwise, no notes actually. Kind of crazy how each side is cohesive, yet keeps that element when listening all the way through. Her power!

The 1 - 2 - 3 punch of Never Let a Good Thing Die, Amalfi Coast, and Patience Power Passion is insane

Okay, I know other users have said to not discuss Kiss anymore but I feel like expanding on my previous post just to share what I know: As it currently stands, the 19-track version of Kiss (which is the Japan Tour Edition excl. the remixes) was remastered into Dolby Atmos and uploaded to Tidal. As far as I could tell, it's the only streaming service that has Picture in that format. Basically, something happened behind the scenes for sure because I don't think Interscope would spend $350 ~ $750 per song just to not make the Tour Edition available for everyone, especially with not even including the bonus tracks in the 10th anniversary vinyl repress. And this is just speculation but whatever happened with Kiss' 10th anniversary behind the scenes definitely affected Emotion's 10th anniversary remaster since they only explicitly mention remastering the standard 12 tracks and ignored the bonus songs (which is odd, imo). Anyway, I had to rewrite this whole post over and over so it's not a massive wall of text so I hope I got my points across.
