The way KickFlip are legit BOMBING and completely irrelevant, and JYPE are completely unbothered about it Mind you, these are supposed to be SKZ's successors and JYPE's 5th gen flagship boy group, competing with the likes of CORTIS. How is it even possible for a Big 4 group to debut with 20–30K streams on their TITLE TRACKS?! They might genuinely go down in history as one of the biggest flops to ever come out of the Big 4, sadly.

Tbf, only a handful of K-pop girl groups have historically been able to tour profitably, so this isn't an ILLIT-exclusive issue

This is genuinely insane, and people still wonder why STAYs complain about JYP's promoting and marketing skills. The fact that SKZ have such a big following in the US is literally a miracle, considering how little they've actually stepped foot there outside of their own concerts. Among the popular kpop groups, SKZ are arguably the least promoted in the US, which makes absolutely no sense

Now JYP wants to drag the other Big 4 companies into his K-pop festival to supposedly "save K-pop," when it really looks like he's trying to save his own company from falling off once SKZ and TWICE slow down their activities soon. Like, maybe his company should actually invest more in its own groups before starting the debate about whether Kpop has peaked or not. The way NMIXX, ITZY, KickFlip, NEXZ, etc. are so far behind their peers is very concerning.

Heeseung really shot himself in the foot by leaving ENHYPEN when he could've just waited for the group to disband next year. He could've then smoothly transitioned into a solo career and had the majority of ENGENEs follow and support him. Instead, he left in an absurdly rushed way, creating bad blood between him and the members and dividing the fanbase. Now his solo career doesn't seem to be going anywhere, while ENHYPEN are still thriving without him, which is crazy considering he literally used to be the Beyoncé of the group

The peak amount of hate that group gets, is what aespa gotten DAILY.

The hate train against aespa is definitely crazy, especially over the past year. There's clearly not just a hate train but an actual smear campaign going on here, and a lot of it is coming from RATMYS and their bots. That doesn't change the fact that LE SSERAFIM also receives a lot of hate and went through a massive hate train in 2024, to the point where people genuinely believed they wouldn't be able to recover and that their career was basically over.
