Same old and somehow, I love this album. It's solid — it gave me goosebumps. My reaction to 24K Magic was far less impressed on first listen. And somehow Silk Sonic felt like a snooze to me, but this album just works perfectly. "Risk It All" and "Nothing Left" are going to hit hard, and all of you skeptics will eat your words. There's still plenty of room for "Something Serious" and "All My Soul" to shine as well.

I have a feeling his album will be a compilation of songs from different genres — from funk, through doo-***, R&B, rock, hip-hop, something experimental, all the way to pop. And the unifying theme will be love and romance, hence the title. Let's wait and see, but I just refuse to believe that he didn't record a rock song - and how on earth could a rock song exist on the same album as I Just Might?

Half of ATRL underestimated Bruno when he came out with Just the Way You Are, which went #1 after two massive hit collaborations (Nothin' on You and Billionaire) in 2010. This is just a pattern with him. He'll smash either way — it's fate ☺️
