There is no Vogue sample or interpolation. The only credited writers are Ariana, Ilya and Max who are also the producers. There was never any confirmation of there being a sample, only one random Twitter account claimed that. What @Scandal said is that it was Vogue influenced which is true. It's the same type of music.

I'm personally hoping something is up between them because I don't think they're the most professional/the best out there and don't want them involved with future Ariana projects. Victoria's lyricism is genuinely weak in my opinion which became more evident with her recent project. For the positions album I strongly prefer the lyricism on the songs without Vic. Off The Table was probably the best one which was written by Ari alone. Generally speaking having a business relationship with your friends is never a good idea.
