I was so confused by Interscope's strategy for the longest and thought they were hurting their artists but I kinda see the vision now and love it. They DGAF about song peaks anymore. They care about maximizing long-term revenue of a song through streaming. Thursday night releases to get the song to chart before other new releases on Friday is kinda genius when you don't care about the chart peak. Spending the budget on playlisting and autoplay rather than sending songs to radio is also smart because nobody listens to the radio anymore and all it helps is to inflate the Hot 100 chart position. I have faith that they know what they are doing with this album. The budget for the visuals and promo so far has been insane and has built massive hype on social media and the GP.

And it's the only one that took down on X so I think it is real. None of the other sound convincing at all.

The 1 minute snippet sounds much more realistic than these though. These are very catchy and AI is amazing but they sound very robotic. The alleged real snippet floating around sounds much better vocally. Katy has a very unique voice that I think AI still can't nail just yet. And plus I actually really like the 1 minute snippet, I think it has a chance at being at least a moderate hit for her.

I was kinda wondering about this because it would've been 5 shows in a row after they added the rescheduled Manchester show. Plus 2 or 3 more shows back to back only a day after the 5 show run. But I saw that she cancelled Cologne as well. I'm thinking she's realizing how difficult it is to perform so many nights in a row without a break.

It’s starting to l*ak. The 11 second snippet is phenomenal and really shows a different side of the song (compared to what we heard at the Grammys) and the full bridge is also starting to go around too. I feel like we will have this in the next hour or so.

They were insinuating they knew something about the album title and then when they were asked if they knew something they posted this so I think they are hinting the album is also called training season

“IS OVER OVER OVER” presumably she’s saying training season is over and she’s not f’ing around anymore 🤭

The release time is confusing… so the MV is out before the song is?

She asked to turn off the halo boards at MBZ this weekend. She did that last time too. I wonder why. It always looks so cool with the 360 screen on during concerts and it helps a lot of people see because they designed the stadium around the screen.

Did every US city get the email that the start time moved from 7 to 8 PM? But regardless she gets on stage closer to 9-9:30 PM right?

Why is she only doing 1 date in every city? She did 2 in atl last time I thought she might even do 3 this time
