This. I really am mad at her for this. After winning Melfest, and seeing that Tattoo was a winning song, she should have prepared an album. Or, as we all know that she has 2, 3, even more albums ready on her hard drive (ATLAS projet, the Swedish album she mentioned when she was promoting Sötvattentårar, plus all the demos and finished songs she has), she could have dropped an album after Eurovision even without going to the studio at all. She waited FIVE (5) months to release Is it love ... When I met her last year in Lyon for the tour, I took the VIP package and I got selected by her to ask a question after the soundcheck. I asked something like "We know that you are a very productive artist, that you have tons of material ready on your laptop, why do you release so few singles ? is there something that refrain you from releasing more often ?" (something like this, I was too stressed to remember correctly). She answered "very interesting question, not an easy one. You know sometimes you think you are ready, that the song is ready, and suddenly the universe, or your label, tells you that it's not the right time" (once again, not the exact verbatim, but something like this). She clearly mentioned the labels and herself. I'm not surprised that the labels wanted her to release certain type of songs, when maybe she was into something totally different. Maybe she couldn't express herself, she accepted things she didn't want to ... Maybe someday we will know. To conclude, I think that she should just go indie, create her own little label, produce and release all her songs herself and voila. She would be a free artist. She could hire some of us to create the promo rollout as we all know she doesn't know how to post an Instagram story. Maybe she'd be happier this way :)

As she switched labels and stuff it may be this (maybe someone knows ?), it would have elevated the album so much ! But at the same time, Forever on the album would have been so out of place, the production is soooo different

I'm so glad she released an album, not to sure how I feel about it tho ... I really like some of the songs, but overall I don't find the album cohesive at all. I don't understand the direction, you can tell she's been in the studio for 3 years and she mixed all the tracks she had. I really love Melt, Coming Close, Wildfire, but the rest didn't blow my mind on my first listen (and I don't understand the hype for True Love, this is so generic. Like, it's good, but she can do so much better). Songs/demos like Ego or Hoppar Du SÃ¥ Hoppar Jag that leaked last year are so much better. And let's face it, the inclusion of Tattoo and Is It Love (even tho I LOVE them, so important to me) isn't a good idea. Very good for streaming numbers, but they've been released for so long, we've overheard them atp. That said, I'm happy she got to release her 3rd album, this is a major step in her career and I'll keep supporting her til my last breath. Maybe I was expecting too much :/

Ok Feels Like Heaven is out now, I think it's pretty solid. Not my fav at all but solid.

Wow I can't believe this album is THAT good. JENNIE's been my BP bias since day 1 I'm so glad she delivered such a solid and 5-star debut album.

Opening is amazing I'm so in love with the vibe, I'm so glad she's releasing stuff like this, Olafur Arnalds is her musical soulmate to me. ITSOB is less my cup of tea (I'm not loving the chorus) but great release !

As someone said here she has more than one album recorded. Like, if we could take a look at her hard drive, i'm sure we would find something like 5 albums ready to be published. - The one after I'm in it with you / Paperlight - The one that was supposed to be around the Nude era (I'm not buying the EP thing, sure there was a full album ready, with Statements) - Atlas, that she recorded in Morocco (or tied with her Moroccan roots) (cf. the Silver Lining live with I Waited and Atlas) - The fully Swedish one she mentioned in an interview, when she released Sötvattentarar - The post-Tattoo album. She posted days and days of studio recording sessions stories and all we have are 2 songs and 2 TikTok songs ... I'm MAD. I would pay a lot to get my hands on her laptop.

I'm gonna meet her in 2 weeks at her show in France (I took the meet and greet thing) imma ask her why she's treating us like this with the releases
