cloudbusting

in a just world, this replaced Halo as her signature ballad

every few weeks I watch this and the black confetti falling as the house burns is still such a great touch whoever did their art direction for the stages deserves a raise

it's giving very Xenomania production, I love it

would be 3 billion if she deleted Spirit from existence and pushed BIGGER instead but still an accomplishment

those lions need to be euthanized

IVE mini is pretty good! Blue Heart a career highlight Reset is sooo dated though - that trop pop sound is more worn out than Wonho's pvssy in the barracks I fear

ultimately I think they went to the right groups, but I love hearing about the journeys these songs go on sometimes

haven't listened to IVE yet but the reactions here have me hyped

okay and? their post was specifically about the tour, not the album for someone who loves to call everyone else slow, you sure did miss the actual point

we need another bomb threat to shake things up again @FBI I heard Beyoncé is planning to release Church Girl as a throwback single

era so dead half this page is about an entirely different woman from Texas ijbol

it's just so oddly milquetoast to me and I do not like Post's voice at all, so in general as a whole song I just can't get into it. A meme made me enjoy IIMW a little more, but ultimately Miley's voice is another that doesn't work for me so it's still a boot overall when I'm not semi-joking around, I can admit their talents, but some tones just do not hit my ear well. It's the same reason I can't get into Tori Kelly despite knowing she can sing. Kacey isn't as technically gifted, but her vocals work for me in their own way even when she's doing a cover (as an example, gracias a la vida is in my top 3 on star-crossed)

that howling is easily my least favorite part of an already bland song he did more than the bare minimum but that's all I will give him I fear

so Pest Malone is on the album because?

CC is the perfect era for it too like, a stripped back set to reconnect with your roots and showcase your talent? what's not clicking

new cecred tutorials incoming

sorry but Miley and Post making it over KACEY F-CKING MUSGRAVES? let me unstan her ass for a few minutes

i mean a wait was annoying but understandable… in 2022 we're about 1/3 of the way through 2024 and STILL have no idea when these teased visuals will be out

Rose such a gem, need SAAY to work with Red Velvet as a whole next

promo and singles are just what any fan would hope for from an artist for their work, but the visuals have been teased MULTIPLE times by her team and Bey herself she brought the rabid begging on herself with those

While I agree that sometimes you need time to fully appreciate something - not in a "forcing yourself to like it" kind of way but more so to pick up on details that might be missed on a first pass - it feels a bit... dramatic to have this kind of response. This isn't some Somethin Bout Kreay-level panning - it's still largely well-received.

Reneigh is taking being replaced pretty hard I see

what i love most about this is that there are clear influences from her past work + others, but everything feels... fresh and evolved? like it never feels like a retread or a pastiche even if those referential points are clear because it's still so undeniably Annie

i always love seeing these tbh, they're fun little snapshots Yerin Baek Beyoncé Kacey Musgraves St. Vincent Weyes Blood Caroline Polachek Amber Mark Brittany Howard Allie X Kali Uchis Kate Bush Chappell Roan Jessie Ware Tinashe Hikaru Utada Mitski Hannah Frances Sade Slayyyter Dua Lipa honorary bubbling under mentions
