Pop radio’s not the be-all end-all. He’s had 9 number one hits with his first being in 2001 and his last being in 2010. His last hit was in 2015/14, and his first hit was in 1997. His last album came out in 2016 and didn’t do as well, so while his popularity isn’t what it once was don’t deny the man his dues.
