As someone who experienced symptoms akin to SSRI abstinence from unrelated pills, you have no idea how touturing it can be mentally, normally takes years to withdraw & it doesn't just dissapears one day, but it's drags out so slowly to the point where you constantly question yourself "Is it really you?" before going "normal" again. I feel for her and her family.

SA is cultish. One literally has to learn their conventions and meta, before even a single of their posts considered worthwile. It's like joining a femininity. ATRL is nowhere near this level, so it wouldn't really work. I believe it was possible to donate for ATRL+ tho.

One thing I could not forgive IPB for is that I actually loved the first design when the forum initially switched from vBulletin, but their constantly changing theme standards made it hard to transfer, so now all we're left with are pre-made themes. As @Graffiti mentioned, XF might offer more freedom in this regard. Just look at this beauty. It felt so elite.

I know about it from the straight guy version of ATRL, where I tune in for GTA/RG related gossip occasionally. Here are their online figures as of right now. Hardly ever seen it down or choking in the last 8 or so years.

It's more load-effective as well. That's the main reason why I suggested it.
