If you could have chosen the singles from "Born This Way" in 2011, which one would u?
Big agree on the edge of glory video, it would've really been amazing for the fans, but I still think it's one of Gaga's most 'complete' and 'honest' videos to date.

she's literally disappearing for a decade after this so I'd rather her overpromote this than be scared of looking desperate

How should modern pop stars promote singles/albums?
VERY INTERESTING Rappers really don't do ANYTHING and still go massive Essentially, while rappers leverage authenticity and viral moments to fuel their success, pop acts rely on sophisticated, multi-channel campaigns that integrate promotion into every aspect of their artistry. But I don't think this could ever work for artists like Gaga and Katy where promotion is literally half of the product. What I fail to understand, if they do understand that fans are fans not just for the music- but the promotional experience- why don't they do it anyway? Why have they started to drop singles and DISAPPEAR like Beyonce and Adele.

How should modern pop stars promote singles/albums?
Okay, folks, I'm officially experiencing pop culture whiplash. 😵💫 Remember when a killer TV performance or a deep-dive magazine interview was the holy grail of album promotion? Now, it's like a whole new language. Frankly, I'm wondering what actually moves the needle these days. So, let's break it down: Which promotion tool do you think is MOST effective in 2024? TikTok/Reels Snippets & Challenges: Short-form video domination! Cryptic/Interactive Social Media Campaigns: Building hype through mystery. Collaborations with Influencers/Content Creators: Tapping into established audiences. Livestream Performances/Q&As: Direct fan engagement. Strategic Feature Placements (Films, Games, etc.): Reaching new demographics. Traditional TV/Radio Appearances: Are they still relevant? Surprise Album Drops/Visual Albums: The shock factor! Immersive Online Experiences/Metaverse Events: Stepping into the digital realm. Vote below and let's decode the modern pop star playbook together! 👇 What's truly cutting through the noise?

Lady Gaga & Bruno Mars - "Die With A Smile"
Okay I was wrong, the song did not peak at #3 like I thought it would BUT we cannot still ignore the fact that this 'no promotion' approach is absolutely bonkers this throw the song to the winds and see how it fares approach by Gaga's camp is beyond me this song could've BEEN on #1 for this entire time given the potential what a waste of the biggest hit love song of our lifetimes could've been the new shallow hell it could've been the new rolling in the deep
