In retail, when has a customer ever gone back and placed the items WHERE THEY FOUND THEM. Usually, angry customers just drop items off, or throw them, and make the employee have to replace all the items, or clean up.

Could she do more, sure. But that ignores that the primary was brutal on both sides. And even during the primary we assumed that they wouldn't be able to come together. Add in the fact that she AND Talarico said she supported him, and even Talarico said it's time for people to back off, a lot of this was just lightning rods to attack her. She didn't endorse a statewide election, and it was blown up to say she didn't support Talarico versus it being clear this was just a PAC support endorsement statement. Lastly, the "running to lessen black turnout" fails when you are pushing people to vote downstream to vote upstream. If anything, the attacks, which should have ended months ago, is more likely to lead to a "I'm leaving this blank" situation more than anything else. Like at some point people got to admit you just lost the plot for no reason. You know who didn't. Talarico, he heard and understood he needed to get into the communities, and that's what he did.

This is true, but also, Hasan might not need to go to Texas in the same way Kamala does not need to go to Alaska. His platform already turns out the voters that need to be turned out. It's the same with Jasmine. Her getting her people to vote has a net positive for talarico, as the votes will flow up. But her campaigning top of ballot could have a negative impact because of how diversive the primary was. This is also another issue that needs to be cleared up, because it will ruin a potential jury if the news keeps saying 7 people gang raped her, and then a prosecutor comes and says it was actually only 4 (and someone please correct me if I'm wrong). Which was watched by f7, who did not participate. So now you're going to explain to a jury that although it's been reported 7 men gang rapped a women, only 4 participated, 3 did not participate. And then it gets dicey because I think, per sunny reading the report, girl consented to the ketamine, which makes all of this dicey under NY law. Now part of me thinks that maybe the report was edited by Cornell and I won't believe all the facts presented in the 2024 report unless we get some kind of video recording, but too many people are treating this like telephone, and we need to wait for more info. What IS clear though is she did call this rape originally, and it should have been turned over to actual police to investigate.

Conspiracy theory: And what if Ann was right but just early. One big issue with Kamala was that no one wanted to vote for her, but would if required. Based on polls, everyone thought she was winning, and so people went into the whole "if she is winning then that means I don't have to be the one to vote for her." I think this time, you're going to have a combination of people not voting on the republican side because trump isn't on the ballot, you'll have an increase of Dem numbers of being anti-trump, you'll have an increase in Dems due to not trusting the polls. Etc. The polls have never been outside the margin of error, the main issues always come to a high amount of swing votes, and dem voters just not being as vote heavy as their republican counterparts. Which is a Trump switch.

I don't agree. Part of the reason Dem's lost Florida is because Obama took away the Cuban's "wet foot dry foot" policy when establishing DACA. The Cuban's got made they lost their way to citizenship and all swapped red. With deporting Cubans and Venezuelans to Africa, we may see a shift in the hispanic alliance that may make Florida competitive again.
