I would be VERY interested to see the numbers of voters that voted in 2020 vs. voted in 2024, especially among the democrat/leftist voting populous. I feel that there was a fair amount of complacency among the dems voter base that assumed that Kamala was going to win so their vote didn't matter or were wholly disenfranchised by the process so they didn't vote, too. Compared to the voting base of the right, that felt as though this was a fight for their lives/country, I would assume the percentage of the voting bases from the two camps to have drastically different participation rates. I know that would be a difficult statistic to get, but I think that would shed even more light on these demographic changes.
