Why don't we talk more seriously about how great t.A.T.u. actually were?
10000% ! I love them. The first Russian Album was so innovative and special for me as a child when I discovered it. Their music is in my yearly top 5 every year (Can totally see the male gaze point tho, especially after seeing the hours long interview with Ksenia Sobchak)

Tokio Hotel - "Dye My Hair"
At this point... just drop the album. (I know it's coming in October)
-
BIGBANG - "BiiiG"

Lykke Li - 'The Afterparty'

Is anyone else freaked out by the idea of things becoming lost media?
I'm also really freaked out about it. That's why I am still buying physical media (music/cds, books, magazines, movies/dvds) I want to own things and not have any streaming service the power to change/censor/take down media. Maybe I am an border but as an visual artist myself it's a topic close to my heart to conserve as much things I am interested in as possible

Tokio Hotel - "Without You"
And again I hope it's better than the last singles, I seriously don't know what is happening with them since they signed to a major again (after being independent for the Dream Machine Album) it really seems like they just do music for the label and to have something new to tour or to go along with their other (more valuable) projects like their Realityshow But yey excited

Top 5 discographies you MUST listen to
David Bowie Bruce Springsteen Madonna Björk Will Oldham Honorable Mention: Cher (Ugh there are so many more)

Tokio Hotel - "California Nights"
I don't know what happened but they somehow lost their spark. I mean the last single "changes" was fine so I will still check, but I don't get why they won't do more of the emo pop punk which had a huge revival
- Heidi Klum f/Diplo - 'Red Eye'

Kim Petras - "Pop Sound"
(I am never replying here but still my two cents as a kim stan since her YouTube days (way before IDWIAA)) I think this is really an amazing throwback to her pre signed (even pre puke signed) days. She did a lot of trashy DJ collabs, the music video (Google feel it - kim petras), the hair style, the lyrics. I think it's a really good return to form (sorry didn't enjoy "I like your look") I am really impressed and love it. Can't wait for the rest. Feels fresh and a good rebellion against her stupid major label deal. and that's sincerely me

What expectations do you have for Beyoncé's Act III?
I would love her to do some of the 80's anthemic rock vibes like Bonnie Tyler, BonJovi, Tina Turner. Also some more in the psychedelic and grunge, I can see very blurry and distorted images, lots of digital grain. Go into the 90s Also I would love if she wants to go into a more commercial direction for her singles or some songs, some BONES/LilPeep Rap/Emo/Grunge Lo-Fi rock aesthetic I think she should work with Nile Rodgers, TheDream, maybe resurrect TheMatrix, Rick Nowels. Maybe see what Timbaland can do (I liked his Chris Cornell stuff). I know it's a lot of white music references, I know she will dive more into POC artists and I am pretty sure it's bigger and for my taste better than CC (even tho I love country it's more an album I need time to get into, Renaissance was more an instant click for me, pretty sure RocCarter will be too)
