It's not unfortunately for now.

 

he played it a few times recently and asked fans to ask justin for the release, but he actually unfollowed bieber so.. something went wrong on the way.

Ohhhh i didn't know this stuff at all. Maybe something went wrong or miscommunication but  yeah it's probably not gonna come out officially 

 

sorry, but he and his music stayed in 2017
