    No, you are viewing ATRL correctly. The Base, Celebria, Entertainment and Music tabs are stuck in a buffering loop and therefore not accessible. It is probably because of Taylor and the Swifties mass posting in the album thread.

     

    Another reason could be mass Swiftie registrations.
