You should give it some time. I personally love it and it’s grown on me big time 

I think this is my favourite by her since the “…Little Broken Hearts” era. 
 

I’m interested to hear where the rest of the album goes.

I love this woman. I don't love the song, but I will definitely keep my eye out for what's coming next

This! My exact impression too.

Gosh, I still love that dark indie pop sound from Little Broken Hearts. What an album, such dark message. Still jamming to Happy Pills (should have been a hit really), Travelin' On and Miriam to this day. Then comes Killing Time which is such a perfect addition for its 10th anniversary.

Though I lost interest when she went back to jazz after.

 

Hence my surprise to hear Running. Hope she goes back to more pop.

I'm really loving it so far! I'm on "I'm Awake" now. I love all of her albums, but for me, this may be her best since Little Broken Hearts.
