one of my fave albums of all time and jonna’s best album and film, easily. every single song is so special and has its own unique world while the sound palette is cohesive. just… stunning.

I’ll never forget the first time I heard “drops” — I knew I had to hear the rest of the album after that. Nowadays I’d say “kill” is my favorite, but, wow, what a perfect album. 

Remember when she started dropping videos at the very beginning of her career as iamamiwhoami and people thought it was Xtinas album promo?

 

I loved iamamiwhoami but could never get into her solo stuff sadly. But that album run was incredible! 

kin has such high highs (play, kill, goods) but the lows are really low (good worker, rascal)

 

for me it's the weakest from the original trilogy, my order is: blue > bounty > kin

 

and yes we don't talk about be here soon

lol, these are my two favourites.  good worker was far and away my favourite song of 2012 tbh.
