Being a sport fan is identifying that talent, as you mentioned, rooting for them and since they are naturally good, of course they’ll have the stats on their side as well. Show me a sport fan that doesn’t brag about their favorite talent’s stats, wtf. What’s the difference to being a “stan” of a music talent that you enjoy? I’m not saying it’s a good thing, it’s just what stanning entails. You’re taking this way too personal 

I never once thought charts and sports are the same until someone mentioned it here..  I don’t think it’s the same
