Apparently she was using a microphone with autotune/pitch corrector in real time and she didn't hit the note in the right key so the autotune messed up and it sounded like that.

These are automated sequencers and she probably sang in her microphoneat the same time as the sequencers (the automation) was changing the key on the auto-tune.
