The students and parents don't like it but the school board can't really do anything. Teaching is a VERY well paying job in Ontario, it's not easy to become one. Once you do, it's very hard to get fired. It's also not about rules or laws or protecting children, it's just about being appropriate. A man (cis or not) wearing a prosthetic, erect ***** put on for show at school would be (or should be) rightfully shamed for doing so. It's not workplace appropriate. And there being repercussions is besides the point because there are plenty of things that don't have rules against them at school, but it doesn't mean you should do it. Citing a lack of law/rule as a justification to do something is kind of wild in the greater context of things tbh. More power to whatever the school wants to do, and as long as my child said they were fine with it, I wouldn't care. The moment they bring it to me as an issue, then I'd move to have them attend another class, which is honestly pretty awful since a child's education should definitely come before inappropriate attire but that's besides the point. Like, if actual breasts are that big there are serious medical issues involved with that usually. And the amount of people who actually have natural breasts of that size are definitely less than a percent of the population. And if you did, I do not think that this person's body type matches what an actual body with that size of breasts would look like. If they were real, their back would likely be broken. I remember as a kid my mom would complain at home about my brother's teacher who did not wear a bra - it was never a huge deal though so it must have been allowed. Why would any responsible teacher, whether male or female, trans/cis/NB etc be allowed to dress like this in front of minors???
