US didn't "Sleep on it", it wasn't released here because her label at the time became defunct thus halting any further promotion for her till they figured their **** out. Her label overseas was still active, so that's how Millionaire and Trick Me got global releases but none in the US. Kelis really got her big break screwed by her label... 3 times. 

No, In Public was not released in the US either. No other single after Milkshake was released here since her US label, Arista, ended immediately after the release.

This is so unfortunate. Milkshake, Trick Me and Millonaire were really a 1, 2, 3 PUNCH.
